Corporate team building through the lens of bartending & hospitality

Beyond the Mixing Glass encourages you to think of team building and leadership programs in a new and dynamic way.   Our events are designed to build both a stronger team and a stronger company.

Beyond the Mixing Glass is operated by world-renowned bartender and bar manager, Naomi Levy, who brings her years of expertise in hospitality to you. The tenets of hospitality are an invaluable tool that can be harnessed no matter your industry. Naomi shares her success to help drive yours.

Each of our programs teach your team the principles of bartending. Through a hands-on class, participants will learn to make cocktails using multiple techniques, working together to learn a new craft.

Making drinks, however, is only a small part of bartending. Beyond the Mixing Glass events focus on hospitality training to help your company achieve its goals, whether they are to develop a more engaged staff and better inter-office relations, to build a better leadership team or to create stronger client relationships.

All of our events include a personalized consultation to assess your company's needs and goals. We work with you to create a program custom tailored to your specific needs.

Through hospitality training, a hands-on mixology class and ample time for employees to mix and mingle, Beyond the Mixing Glass brings you team building events that promise to go beyond.
